Terms and Conditions – 786ko Pakistan Online Betting Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To open an account and use the 786ko platform you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 786ko operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, business entity or syndicate.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or banned from the 786ko platform for any reason including breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent or close family member of any employee of 786ko or its affiliated companies.
• You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 786ko complies with local laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one account on 786ko. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 786ko reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any outstanding balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal name, a valid mobile number registered in your own name and any other details requested during the process. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. 786ko will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details confidential.

You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account termination.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits at 786ko are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit is Rs 500 via mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 via bank transfer or card. Maximum daily deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard.

• All deposits must be made from accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where possible or held pending investigation.
• 786ko does not charge platform fees on deposits. Any fees applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are set by those providers and outside 786ko's control.
• Deposits made using bonus codes or promotional links are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
• Where a deposit cannot be processed due to a payment gateway issue, 786ko will notify you and no funds will leave your source account until the issue is resolved.

786ko reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large or unusual deposit volumes as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from 786ko are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to maintain a consistent payment trail and protect members against unauthorised withdrawal requests.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 via mobile wallet and Rs 2,000 via bank IBFT or card. Standard processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• NayaPay and SadaPay: Typically processed within 10 minutes of approval.
• Bank IBFT: Processed within 1–4 hours during business hours.
• Visa/Mastercard: Processed within 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Only real money balance is withdrawable. Bonus balance must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before converting to real money balance eligible for withdrawal. You can view the status of your balances at any time in your 786ko account dashboard.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the 786ko sportsbook and casino products. Product-specific rules are available within each game or market on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 786ko does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after confirmation except in the specific circumstances described in the product rules (for example, event cancellation or obvious pricing errors).
• In the event of a pricing error — where odds displayed significantly deviate from the true market price due to a technical error — 786ko reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to member accounts.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (live bets) are subject to the live betting rules displayed at the time of placement. Latency between real-world events and odds updates is inherent in live betting — 786ko does not guarantee that live prices reflect the most recent state of play at every moment.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. 786ko reserves the right to limit bet amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts without prior notice.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific rules displayed for that market. Where no specific rule applies, stakes are returned to member accounts.
• Cricket matches at 786ko are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.). No bets are settled on scorecards until the official result is confirmed.

786ko uses third-party data providers for sports results. In the rare event of a dispute between our data provider's result and the official governing body result, the official governing body result takes precedence for settlement purposes.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

786ko offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible members only. 786ko reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, payment method, location or other factors at its discretion.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonus credit at 786ko carries a wagering requirement. The applicable requirement is stated clearly in the offer description before you opt in.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the offer. Bonus credit that expires before wagering is completed will be removed from your account without conversion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per member, household, device, mobile number and IP address. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100% of stake. Slot games contribute at rates between 50% and 100% depending on the game. Live casino and table games may contribute at lower rates. Contribution rates are displayed in the individual bonus terms.
• 786ko reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. Members who have already claimed a bonus before modification or withdrawal will have their existing bonus honoured under the original terms.

8 VIP Club

The 786ko VIP Club operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — based on rolling 30-day wagering volume. All registered members are enrolled in the VIP Club at Bronze level from the date of registration.

Tier thresholds, cashback rates, point multipliers and all other VIP benefits are subject to periodic review and may be adjusted by 786ko with 14 days' notice to affected members. Existing tier status will be honoured for the remainder of the current 30-day period following any change.

• Weekly cashback under the VIP programme is calculated on net losses during the calendar week and credited to the real money balance every Monday. Cashback amounts are not subject to wagering requirements.
• VIP points are earned at the rate determined by your current tier and expire 90 days from the date of earning. Point balances cannot be transferred between accounts.
• The dedicated account manager benefit at Platinum and Diamond tier is provided as a service and does not create any contractual obligation beyond the scope of standard 786ko member support.
• 786ko reserves the right to demote a member's VIP tier if wagering activity falls below the relevant threshold at the weekly review, subject to the 30-day tier protection period described in the VIP Club page.

9 Responsible Gaming

786ko is committed to providing a betting environment that supports responsible gaming. The following tools and policies are in place for all members:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard at any time. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Reminders: You can set session time alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous activity on the 786ko platform.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 786ko and will result in account suspension, termination and forfeiture of outstanding balances:

• Opening more than one account on 786ko using any combination of names, numbers, devices or payment accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the 786ko platform — including for bet placement, odds monitoring or account management.
• Using a VPN, proxy server or similar tool to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions applied by 786ko.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate odds, share inside information on events or coordinate betting patterns in a way that exploits pricing inefficiencies at 786ko.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any strategy that exploits bonus terms in a systematic way inconsistent with genuine recreational use.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw using payment accounts registered to third parties.
• Using the 786ko platform to launder money or conduct any transaction related to criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 786ko staff or other members through any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 786ko platform — including but not limited to the 786ko name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 786ko or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 786ko platform for personal recreational betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publicly display, sell or commercially exploit any content from the 786ko platform without prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Play'n GO remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to 786ko for display on the platform. Any use of this content outside the 786ko platform is prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

The 786ko platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While 786ko takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and data accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786ko's liability to any member arising from or in connection with use of the platform is limited to the real money balance held in that member's account at the time the claim arises. 786ko is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses including but not limited to lost profits, lost betting opportunities or data loss.

786ko is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Network outages or internet connectivity issues on the member's side.

• Platform downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, of which 786ko will give reasonable advance notice where possible.

13 Privacy and Data

786ko collects, processes and stores member personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data held by 786ko is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support and where you have opted in, promotional communications. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

14 Changes to These Terms

786ko reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations or the core terms under which you use the platform — 786ko will notify registered members by email and/or through an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 786ko platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to contact details — may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

15 Account Termination and Closure

You may close your 786ko account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at support@786ko.im. Upon receiving a valid closure request, 786ko will process any outstanding real money balance via your registered withdrawal method and close the account within 5 business days.

786ko may suspend or terminate any account with immediate effect in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Failure to complete required identity or source of funds verification within the specified timeframe.
• At the request of a recognised gambling regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Where continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform or other members.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, 786ko reserves the right to retain outstanding balances in proportion to the identified breach. 786ko will provide an explanation of the termination decision to the affected member in writing within 5 business days of the termination.

16 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising in connection with your use of 786ko shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. For members accessing 786ko from Pakistan, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts with authority over the platform's registered operators.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the 786ko service, we encourage you to contact our support team first. The majority of complaints can be resolved at this stage without escalation. Formal complaints can be submitted in writing to support@786ko.im with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and will receive a written response within 10 business days.
